Evening Yin with Delaney:

A slow-moving practice that works to unravel the sticky spots in connective tissues (fascia).

Fewer postures are held longer (3-5 minutes) to allow the body to open and release deeper tensions.This is a grounding practice that encourages presence to drop from the thinking mind into the feeling body.

Gentle Slow Flow with Kyla:

Gentle slow flow  welcome to all levels. This is a practice of breath awareness paired with body awareness. Slightly longer holds in each pose allowing time to connect in word and breathe deeply.

Thursday Aug 20 6:30-7:30pm

Freedom Flow with Natasha:

Consciously synchronizing the movement of the body to the movements of the breath, these classes are a dynamic, flowing practice which leads you through a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm. Expect to walk away feeling more connected to your body and with a deeper awareness of your mind.

Vinyasa with Monique:

This Vinyasa class is a journey through the elements. Find flow and stability in your movements as you navigate through space and connect with the practice. The breathwork and asana (poses) will bring some heat, countered by the serenity of meditation. Modifications will be given throughout the class, but be prepared to glisten!
